At FiitLab, our Biomechanics Assessment & Coaching is a supportive, no-judgement deep dive into how your body moves—so you can train with more confidence, reduce aches and niggles, and get better results from the effort you’re already putting in.

Whether you’re running, lifting, playing sport, or just want to feel stronger in everyday life, we look at the foundations: posture, mobility, stability, alignment, and movement patterns. From there, you’ll get clear feedback (in plain English), plus a coaching plan built around you—your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.
